Protocol Education Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and inspirational Primary SEN Teacher to join their team in the Newbury area.
This full-time role may also consider part-time applicants. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be able to design and implement tailored learning plans for students with a range of social, emotional, and mental health needs.
About the SchoolOur school supports students aged 6-19 who face complex challenges. We invest time in understanding each child's unique learning needs, providing tailored support packages.
Required Skills and Qualifications- An excellent understanding of child development and experience teaching pupils with SEND.
- A willingness to learn and work collaboratively with colleagues.
We offer a competitive PAYE salary, estimated to be around £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide Continued Professional Development (CPD) opportunities and a refer-a-friend scheme with a £50 incentive for successful referrals.
