We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at our school in Newbury, West Berkshire.

\

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role and relevant qualifications in education or child development.

\

Main Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with teachers to deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that cater to individual student needs.\
  3. Assist in planning and preparing tailored learning activities that meet the unique requirements of students with Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, and complex needs.\
  4. Provide one-on-one support to students, promoting their academic and personal growth.\
  5. Contribute to the development of an inclusive and supportive learning environment.\
  6. Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.\\/ol>\

Requirements:

  2. Previous experience in a Teaching Assistant role or similar position.\
  3. Relevant qualifications in education or child development.\
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\\/ol>\

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
