Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing targeted support to students on a 1:1 or group basis, adapting and delivering lesson material adjusted to students' individual needs, assessing and reporting students' progress, development, and attainment, and mentoring other support staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted support to students on a 1:1 or group basis
  • Classroom management - adapt and deliver lesson material adjusted to students' individual needs
  • Assess and report students' progress, development, and attainment
  • Mentor other support staff

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous teaching assistant experience in a specialist, primary, or secondary setting. They will be dedicated and enthusiastic about helping students reach their potential.
