Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Academic Support Specialist to join our team at Academics Ltd. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a positive impact on students' lives.

The successful candidate will provide support to teachers in the classroom, working with students who require additional help. You will develop strong relationships with students, built on trust, empathy, and understanding, and support the development of their academic and personal skills.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Education, Criminology, or Psychology (or related field) and strong communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to build confidence and motivation in students and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, term-time only contract, and flexible working hours: 08:30 - 15:30. You will also receive ongoing career support from a dedicated consultant.
