Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Care Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with young adults, providing guidance and support in various aspects of daily life.
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive hourly rate of £50. A comprehensive induction program and career development opportunities are also available. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including a company pension scheme and health and wellbeing program.
Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Regular checks to ensure the well-being and safety of our clients
- Administration tasks to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Laundry and domestic duties to promote a clean and comfortable living environment
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by young adults
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation, preferably with a valid driver's license
Working Arrangements
This position involves working on a rotated basis, including night shifts. We require flexibility and a commitment to providing high-quality care services.
