Classroom Mentor for SEN Students

Academics Ltd is a leading provider of education services, and we are currently seeking a highly skilled Graduate Mentor to join our team. As a Classroom Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with Autism, ADHD, and Down syndrome in a specialist setting.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in working with children with special educational needs. You will work closely with the SENCo and class teachers to create personalized learning plans and provide tailored support to students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualized learning plans for students
- Providing one-to-one support and small group instruction
- Collaborating with the SENCo and class teachers to identify student needs and monitor progress
Salary and Benefits:
* Salary: £80-£95 per day (approximate)
* Location: Newbury area
* Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
* Immediate start date available
