A permanent Learning Support Assistant (LSA) is sought by a respected comprehensive school in Newbury to support students across all year groups.

The successful candidate will work closely with students who have special educational needs, helping them access the curriculum and succeed academically and personally. This role presents a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on students' learning experiences and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Experience working as an LSA, particularly with students with special educational needs
  • Strong understanding of SEN strategies and effective support practices
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • A clear DBS
  • Legal ability to work within the UK
