We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Personal Assistant to support an individual with Autism, Developmental Delay, and OCT Deficiency in their daily life.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive, and able to provide emotional support when needed. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a vital role in enabling the individual to achieve their goals and live independently.
You will work closely with the Enablement Manager, Deputy Enablement Manager, and Positive Behaviour Support Clinician to ensure the individual receives comprehensive support.
Key Responsibilities- Support the individual with daily living skills, including personal care and household chores.
- Provide emotional support and stability during times of anxiety.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement personalized support plans.
- Participate in training opportunities to enhance your career development and improve your skills as a Personal Assistant.
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
- 29 days annual leave (pro rata), rising to 30 days after one year of service.
- In-house paid induction training followed by 12 weeks blended e-learning, coaching, and mentoring.

- Refer a friend and get £300 for every successful referral.
Pbs4 is a values-led social care provider that offers Neurodisability services to individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and/or Behaviours that may challenge. Our approach is based on Positive Behaviour Support, which aims to help people with learning disabilities lead ordinary lives.
As a medium-sized organisation, we support approximately 37 people across Hampshire, Dorset, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, and Somerset, with a workforce of circa 300 employees.
