We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at The Oaks Care Home, part of Sandstone Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, helping them to live an enriched and fulfilled life.
As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Assisting with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Supporting residents with their health and wellbeing, including administering medication
- Encouraging residents to participate in activities and hobbies, promoting social interaction and community involvement
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines
