We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at The Oaks Care Home, a purpose-built nursing and residential home in Newtown, Powys.
About the Role- Support our residents with personal care and hygiene, eating, and daily activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents
- Maintain high standards within the care home environment
- Undertake senior-level duties to support the Home Manager, including staff supervisions, appraisals, record-keeping, and liaising with outside professionals
