Job Title: Education Assistant - Autism and Learning Needs

We are an innovative specialist school in Newbury seeking a proactive Education Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children and/or adults with learning disabilities. A degree in a relevant field or a Level 3 qualification in childcare is desirable.

As an Education Assistant, you will provide 1-2-1 support, guide small group activities, and help increase pupils' interpersonal skills, communication, and everyday life skills.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
