About the Role:

We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive and dedicated team at the Newbury-based 1116 mixed comprehensive school.

The successful candidate will work closely with students who have special educational needs, helping them to access the curriculum and succeed academically and personally. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on students' learning experiences and personal growth.

As an LSA, you will be responsible for providing support to students across all year groups, particularly those with special educational needs. You will need to have strong understanding of SEN strategies and effective support practices, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
