About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our leadership team at Wigginton Cottage, a well-established site in Tamworth. As a key member of the team, you will support the Registered Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Registered Manager in key areas of service provision
  • Take charge of the service in the Registered Manager's absence, including providing, managing, and coordinating support for residents
  • Manage rotas and lead a team of staff
  • Meet with internal and external stakeholders as required

Requirements

  • Good understanding of budgets
  • Ability to manage rotas and lead a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
