About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential care home for older people. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and quality of life for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of our residents
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements:
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
- Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
