SCR is seeking a highly skilled Registered Manager to lead our residential care home in the Tamworth area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing older people or dementia care homes, with a focus on delivering exceptional person-centered care. Key responsibilities include staff management, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and driving the home towards an Outstanding rating. The successful candidate will have a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification, or equivalent, and a proven track record of success in a similar role. **Job Requirements:**

* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
* Prior experience as Registered Manager or Deputy of older people or dementia care homes
* Strong staff management skills
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation and regulatory requirements
* Enthusiasm, passion and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person centred care.
