Job Title: Senior Care Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and quality focused Senior Care Manager to lead our residential care home in the Tamworth area.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional leadership and management to our care team
* Ensure the highest quality person-centred care is delivered to our residents
* Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our residents
* Maintain a safe and supportive environment for our residents and staff

Requirements:

* QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management or equivalent
* Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
* Strong staff management skills
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation

What We Offer:
