About the Role
Total Community Care Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Contribute to a safe and supportive environment that promotes the well-being and dignity of clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in complex care.

Requirements
