Care Specialist

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care and support to our clients in the Tamworth area.
About the Role:As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll be working with a male client who requires support with learning difficulties, epilepsy, and autism. You'll need to have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing care and support to our client with learning difficulties, epilepsy, and autism
- Managing behavioural issues through a positive behaviour support plan
- Completing training on PBS and adhering to our client's individual needs
- Working collaboratively with our team to ensure our client receives the best possible care

Requirements:- Previous experience in care work
