- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
- Ensure the provision of safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide support, guidance, and education to patients and their families within the care home setting.
- RGN qualification and current UK NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a similar role within a care home or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently within a care home environment.
- Commitment to upholding equality, diversity, and inclusion in all aspects of care delivery.
