Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care and support to our clients in the Tamworth area.

About the Role:

As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll be working with a male client who requires support with learning difficulties, positive behaviour support, epilepsy, and autism. You'll need to complete training on Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing care and support to our client with learning difficulties, epilepsy, and autism
  • Implementing Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) strategies to manage challenging behaviour
  • Working collaboratively with the client's care team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participating in comprehensive clinical training and induction programme

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care work
  • Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Subject to DBS/PVG check and references
