Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care and support to our clients in the Tamworth area.

About the Role:

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing care and support to our male client, who has individual needs including learning difficulties, positive behaviour support training, epilepsy, and autism. You will work closely with our client to develop a positive behaviour support plan and provide structured days and activities to maintain their routines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide care and support to our client with learning difficulties, epilepsy, and autism
  • Develop and implement a positive behaviour support plan
  • Provide structured days and activities to maintain our client's routines
  • Work closely with our client to understand their needs and preferences
  • Communicate effectively with our client's family and other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care work
  • Driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
  • The right to work in the UK
