We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our client with a spinal cord injury and complex health needs in their own home.
About the Role:
- Support our client with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Encourage our client to maintain an active lifestyle, including going out in the community.
- Hold a full UK drivers' license to drive our client's vehicle.
