Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team to provide care and support to our clients in the Tamworth area.

About the Role:

As a Complex Care Assistant, you'll be working with a male client who requires support with learning difficulties, positive behaviour support training, epilepsy, and autism. You'll need to complete training on PBS and work closely with our client to maintain his routines and provide structured days and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide care and support to our client with learning difficulties, epilepsy, and autism
  • Complete training on Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
  • Work closely with our client to maintain his routines and provide structured days and activities
  • Communicate effectively with our client and other team members

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care work
  • Driver's licence and access to a vehicle
  • Subject to a DBS/PVG check and references
