Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
  • Ensure the provision of safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Provide support, guidance, and education to patients and their families within the care home setting.
Requirements:
  • RGN qualification and current UK NMC registration.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a care home or healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently within a care home environment.
