Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with spinal cord injuries and complex health needs in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injuries and complex health needs
  • Assist with medication management and clinical equipment
  • Support clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Encourage clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans

Requirements:

  • Kind and caring nature
  • Flexibility and reliability
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full Clean UK drivers licence
