Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will receive comprehensive training and support in specialized areas such as tracheotomy care, ventilation management, and seizure response. Your role will involve providing care for individuals with complex needs, allowing you to make a meaningful difference in their lives on a daily basis.

Qualifications and Requirements

No previous experience in care is required; what matters most is your sincere desire to assist others. We provide extensive Nurse-led training to all our staff members, ensuring you are well-prepared for your role.
