Senior Social Care Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Senior Social Care Professional to join our team. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing direct support to our foster families, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and national minimum standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance and support to foster parents to enable them to provide high-quality care to children in their care.
- Work closely with the therapy team to provide reflective supervision and support to foster parents.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and national minimum standards.
Requirements
- Hold a formal social work qualification and be registered as a social worker with Social Work England.
- Have experience of working in the fostering sector and/or children/young people in social care.
- Be a team player with a strong desire to achieve the best possible outcomes for all our children and foster carers.
