We are seeking a Home Care Companion to support our clients in Tamworth and surrounding areas. As a Home Care Companion, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals to live longer, healthier and happier lives in their own homes.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting others and making a positive impact on people's lives. You will be working with our team to provide high-quality care services that cater to the unique needs of each client.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a kind and compassionate nature, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional care. No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training to ensure you have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in this role.
Responsibilities- Assisting with personal care tasks such as washing, dressing, and managing medications
- Cooking or preparing hot meals to meet the dietary needs of clients
- Helping with domestic tasks to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our industry-leading career development pathway. This includes training in the Care Certificate and NVQs, which can lead to career progression within the company.
