Care Companion Wanted

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Companion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable adults.

As a Care Companion, you will work closely with clients to provide person-centred care, promoting independence and enhancing their overall quality of life.

The ideal candidate will have a driving licence and access to their own vehicle, allowing them to visit clients in their own homes. Previous experience in the care industry is desirable, but full training and support are provided for those new to care.

We offer a competitive salary of £12.00-£25.50 per hour, paid weekly, and double pay on all bank holidays. Other benefits include paid travel time and fuel contribution, paid shadowing and training, locked hours opportunities, and a refer-a-friend scheme.

We value our employees and offer a range of perks, including two free uniforms on induction and another two for full-time staff after probation. We also provide 24/7 on-call access for assistance and enrolment to our company pension scheme.
