About the Role

The Food & Beverage Sales Executive will be responsible for researching and identifying potential markets and customers to increase sales for the hotel's food and beverage outlets. This will involve creating and implementing strategic plans to expand the F&B outlets, taking into account market trends, customer preferences, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategies to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
  • Work closely with the F&B Manager and the Marketing Manager to craft innovative business development strategies and tactics to achieve rapid growth.
  • Manage the social media presence for the outlets, including all booking platforms.
