Sales Manager for Flavours and Food Ingredients in the Nordic Region

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our Flavours and Food Ingredients sales efforts in the Nordic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in the Nordic market. You will be fluent in local languages and English, with German being an asset. You will also have a deep understanding of the Flavours and Food Ingredients industry, including products such as colours for beverages, dairy, sweet, savoury, and culinary applications.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the Nordic region
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements for the role include:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Flavours and Food Ingredients industry
  • Proven track record of sales success in the Nordic market
  • Fluency in local languages and English, with German being an asset
  • Strong understanding of the Flavours and Food Ingredients industry and its applications
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • High willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
