We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our Flavours and Food Ingredients sales efforts in the Nordic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in the Nordic market. You will be fluent in local languages and English, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. German language skills would be an asset.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Nordic region
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the region
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements for the role include:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Nordic region, preferably in the Flavours and Food Ingredients industry
  • Strong understanding of the Nordic market and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • High level of organization and reliability
  • Valid driving license
