Global Food Ingredients Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our food ingredients sales efforts in the UK and Ireland.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales in the region and experience working with food ingredients, flavors, colors, extracts, and powders.

The role is home office based, and the candidate will be required to travel extensively and manage a flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the UK and Ireland markets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of proven successful experience in a sales position with food ingredients
  • Strong overview and track record of food ingredients sales and marketing to Multinationals
  • Hard driving sales skills, excellent overall business skills, and negotiating skills
  • Ready to Travel extensively and manage a flexible work schedule

Education:

Degree in Food technology, Food engineering, MBA or similar
