Geiger Food Ingredients Recruitment & Consult is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Flavours and Food Ingredients business in the Nordic region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in the Nordic market for Flavours and/or Food Ingredients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Nordic region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Flavours and Food Ingredients market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the Nordic market for Flavours and/or Food Ingredients
  • Strong understanding of the Flavours and Food Ingredients industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • High willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driving license
