About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our Flavours and Food Ingredients business in the Nordic region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Iceland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Nordic market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the Flavours and Food Ingredients industry, with a strong track record of success in the Nordic region
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
  • High level of business acumen and understanding of the FMCG industry
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently
