Project Coordinator for Transformation and Improvement

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Project Support Coordinator to join our Transformation and Improvement team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust.
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the Transformation and Improvement Team to effectively co-design and co-produce projects that achieve transformational change.
Working collaboratively with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users, and carers, your role will be focused on empowering brilliant care through brilliant people with positive change.
Main Duties of the Job
As a Project Support Coordinator, your work will be varied and always focused on what matters - enabling and empowering brilliant care through brilliant people with positive change.
Key responsibilities include working collaboratively with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users, and carers to co-design and co-produce projects that achieve measurable change.
Requirements
The post holder must hold a full, valid, UK driving licence and have access to a car/vehicle to use for business purposes (unless you have a disability as defined by the Equality Act 2010).
