About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Project Support Coordinator to join our Transformation and Improvement Team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users, and carers to co-design and co-produce projects that achieve transformational change.
  • Support the development of strategies, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical care pathways.
  • Work closely with the team to enable the effective delivery of projects and achieve measurable outcomes.
  • Hold a full, valid, UK driving license and have access to a car/vehicle for business purposes.
