Position Overview: We are in search of a proficient and driven Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing the successful delivery of our projects while ensuring compliance and quality throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Oversee both the technical and financial dimensions of contracts, managing variations and ensuring comprehensive final inspections.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site evaluations and safety briefings, effectively managing material requisitions.
  • Professional Representation: Act as a professional representative of the company during site and contract meetings, upholding a high standard of conduct.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality and health and safety standards across all projects.
  • Documentation: Produce detailed Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Operation & Maintenance Manuals.
  • Client Liaison: Communicate with clients, third parties, and management to ensure resource availability and project alignment.
  • Financial Oversight: Perform monthly financial evaluations to monitor project progress and manage costs effectively.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address project-related challenges by proposing and agreeing on alternative solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, CAD, Visio, Prince2, databases, and process mapping.
  • Preferred LPC certifications (basic/intermediate or Full Hydraulic Calculation).
  • Demonstrated project management experience within the fire sprinkler installation sector.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Compensation:

Salary range: £50,000 - £70,000, accompanied by a competitive benefits package.
