The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Manager / Senior QS to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a mechanical background specializing in fire protection, strong interpersonal skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work collaboratively across different departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financials and contracts for major sprinkler installation projects
  • Lead commercial strategy in contract negotiations and execution
  • Review contracts and support business governance gateways
  • Maximize project profitability through value opportunities and cost control
  • Provide accurate monthly CVRs, managing risk and opportunity
  • Lead commercial matters including insurance and bonds
  • Manage applications for payment and retention collection
  • Address contractual issues promptly, balancing business protection and relationships
  • Improve Nett WIP figures through cash collection and cost control
  • Support business development activities
  • Ensure compliance with company commercial and legal policies
