About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Project Support Coordinator to join our Transformation and Improvement team at Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users, and carers to co-design and co-produce projects that achieve transformational change.
  • Support the development of strategies, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical care pathways.
  • Work closely with the team to enable the effective delivery of projects and ensure measurable outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings, managing documents, and maintaining records.

Requirements

  • Full, valid, UK driving license and access to a car/vehicle for business purposes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
