About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Project Support Coordinator to join our Transformation and Improvement team at Kent and Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the team in co-designing and co-producing projects that achieve transformational change
  • Work collaboratively with senior clinicians, managers, staff, service users, and carers to enable effective project delivery
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including coordinating meetings and events
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Contribute to the creation of reports and presentations to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Full, valid, UK driving license and access to a car/vehicle for business purposes
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
