Role Overview

The successful candidate will have practical experience of delivering process improvements, business transformation, and embedding Lean Six Sigma methodology within an organisation. They will be flexible, creative, and analytical in their approach, with excellent facilitation, presentation, report-writing, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define problems and identify root causes
  • Design and implement solutions
  • Measure impact and ensure improvements are sustained
  • Work collaboratively with clients to scope and lead projects
  • Communicate and engage at all levels
