Role Overview

Kent County Council is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Continuous Improvement Specialist to join its Continuous Improvement team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering process improvements, business transformation, and embedding Lean Six Sigma methodology within an organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define problems and identify root causes
  • Design and implement solutions
  • Measure impact and ensure improvements are sustained
  • Work collaboratively with clients to scope and lead projects
  • Communicate and engage at all levels

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent facilitation, presentation, report-writing, and communication skills. They will be passionate about using their specialist skills to make a positive difference and ensure the impact of the team's work is evidenced.
