Transformation Director

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving transformation across the organisation. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering strategic, large-scale projects and programmes that align with our organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Transformation function to successfully deliver strategic projects and programmes
- Manage the Transformation portfolio, including resource planning and budgeting
- Provide strategic thought leadership and guidance on business change, service design, and project delivery
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Report and present metrics on transformation performance
- Previous experience managing a transformation function, including project management
- Extensive experience as a senior change leader, with expertise in defining project scope, costs, and benefits
- Experience delivering projects, programmes, and organisational change
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate at all levels
