Job Overview
The One Group is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join their team at their Sawtry site. This role will be responsible for ensuring compliance across all sites and teams with relevant Statutory Regulations, regarding both Health & Safety and the Environment.
About the Role
As a Health and Safety Manager, you will deliver safety toolbox talks, conduct regular safety meetings, produce site risk assessments and method statements, enforce policies and procedures across the company, arrange and oversee all safety training for staff, manage the company training matrix and associated training records, and carry out Accident Investigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- NEBOSH and IOSH certified
- Full UK Driving License
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
