About Our Client

CV Library is a well-established name in the construction industry, with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. As a result of company growth, we are now seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring the implementation of good health and safety practices across the company. This will involve preparing and delivering training sessions, conducting site audits, and analysing and reporting on health and safety matters.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH Construction qualification
  • Proven track record in a similar role in the construction industry or quarries
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Previous experience with change management
  • Membership of a professional body – beneficial
  • Environmental management qualification/experience - beneficial

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is up to £70,000 per annum, with a comprehensive benefits package including a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and life insurance.
