The One Group is seeking a skilled Health and Safety Manager to join their team in Sawtry.
Salary: £37,000 - £42,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Objectives- Maintain a high level of health and safety standards across all sites and teams.
- Provide regular health and safety updates.
- Organize and participate in health and safety meetings.
- Develop and implement comprehensive site risk assessments.
- Enforce health and safety policies and procedures.
- Design and deliver health and safety training programs.
- Manage and maintain accurate training records.
- Inspect and maintain factory equipment and machinery.
- Investigate and analyze accidents and incidents.
Skills and Experience Required:
Desirable Qualifications- Hold NEBOSH and IOSH certifications.
- Possess a full UK driving license.
