Job Overview:
- A challenging opportunity exists for an experienced Safety Manager to join The One Group in their Sawtry site.
Salary: £38,500 - £43,000 per year
Role Description:
Main Responsibilities- Ensure compliance across all sites and teams with relevant statutory regulations regarding health and safety and the environment.
- Deliver regular safety briefings.
- Conduct regular safety meetings.
- Develop site risk assessments and method statements.
- Implement policies and procedures across the company.
- Arrange and oversee all staff safety training.
- Manage the company training matrix and associated training records.
- Perform fixed inspections and service schedules for factory machinery and equipment.
- Carry out accident investigations, including root cause analysis.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Essential Requirements- NEBOSH and IOSH certifications.
- Full UK driving license.
