Building Safety Inspector

As a Building Safety Inspector, you will join our dedicated Busway Health and Safety team, conducting thorough inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Regularly inspect the busway to detect potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Offer expert health and safety guidance and support to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Lead Busway Health and Safety Officer to maintain regulatory compliance.
- Hold a recognised professional qualification in Health and Safety or equivalent.
- Have evidence of continued professional development in relevant areas.
- Prior experience working in a health and safety role within a complex setting.
- Develop strong relationships with customers through exceptional communication skills.
- Demonstrate expertise in risk assessment and reporting.
Our compensation package includes an estimated salary range of £38,000 - £45,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience, plus a comprehensive benefits programme.
