We are seeking a skilled Building Services Assistant to join our team at Encocam Ltd in Huntingdon. This role involves providing cost-effective building maintenance services across our sites and company houses.

In this position, you will work closely with the technical maintenance staff to undertake routine repairs and maintenance tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Liaising with the maintenance team, contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations;
  2. Assisting with health and safety matters and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations;
  3. Caring for gardening, plants, equipment, tools, and parts;
  4. Carrying out general maintenance, including building and site repairs, fencing, and low-level rainwater goods repairs;
  5. Dealing with small items of repair and maintenance within our buildings;
  6. Promptly reporting any maintenance or repairs that cannot be immediately carried out;
  7. Ensuring the safe relocation of supplies, equipment, etc.

As a Building Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing a professional, quality service at all times. This includes working effectively with generators, high-pressure jetting machines, and portable tools.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday on day shifts, offering a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus excellent benefits, including:
